MAGLIA ROSA at INDUSTRY CITY

Since I moved to the Big City I have been fortunate to eat many wonderful foods from around the world, but I have always missed the smell and taste of the Italian countryside. Recently, however I have seen a change to value a simpler locally sourced ingredients and produce.  With the availability of local seasonal farming from the Hudson Vallery, local baking from Brooklyn or our own kitchen along with some very selected distributors of Italian mozzarella or prosciuttos and with a very refined taste and offer of coffee, we want to make sure that the experience is as close as possible to “food that makes you happy and makes you feel well".

Breaded chicken cutlet, from the organic free roaming chickens of Campanelli Farms, served with arugula, 
tomatoes and lemon, EVOO, sale and pepper
